Carlo Colombo graduated in architecture from the Politecnico di Milano in 1993 and began his career focusing primarily on the design and marketing of industrial products, graphics, and exhibitions, collaborating with leading Italian design brands.Since 2011, he has been teaching design at the University of Beijing. Nava + Arosio was founded by Paolo Emanuele Nava (born 1989) and Luca Maria Arosio (born 1988) after they met while studying at NABA (Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti) in Milan. They graduated in 2012 with a joint project, “Maniacal Mirrors,” in Product Design. In 2014, they established Nava+Nava Design Studio, which later evolved into Nava + Arosio Studio in 2018.
